Dear Loyal Patients,
We have been thinking about you everyday and hope you are happy, healthy and safe!
We are happy to announce that CDC, CMS, AOA, AAO and other health care and government agencies have lifted their strict guidelines to allow us to safely return providing routine eye exams as well as other eye care needs.
However, to serve you better, we have chosen to continue to TEMPORARILY CLOSE our River Oaks location, tentatively until June 8, 2020, for further office maintenance and preparations in order to implement new office protocols.
We care about your well-being and we strongly believe that healthy eyes start with maintaining excellent health. We are taking appropriate steps and applicable infectious control procedures to create a safer environment to protect the health of our patients, providers and staffs while also complying with the required guidelines.
We are still available to assist you with all your eye care needs. We are able to replenish your contact lens supplies as well as replace new glasses or lenses in your existing frame. If you require urgent care or a routine eye exam sooner, we are happy to see you at our partner location, Today’s Vision – Bellaire.
Masks are mandatory in order to be seen.
For your safety, we are implementing social distancing in our office. We are spacing out our appointments and reducing foot traffic in the office. Also, we are only allowing one patient in the office at a time. Please do not bring additional family members who do not have an appointment that same day. If the patient is a minor and needs to be accompanied by an adult, we ask that they stay outside or in the car and we will call them in when ready.
Please contact our office at 713-640-2020 OR email [email protected] to enquire and set your appointment.
Prior to your visit, please complete our patient welcome form on our website at https://todaysvisionriveroaks.com/patient-welcome-form
